The following additional world-renowned chefs have accepted the invitation to participate on Saturday alongside Chefs Link and Stryjewski: Nina Compton (Compère Lapin, New Orleans), John Currence (City Grocery, Oxford), Suzanne Goin (Lucques, Los Angeles), Paul Kahan (Publican, Chicago), Mike Lata (FIG, Charleston), Nancy Oakes (Boulevard, San Francisco), Richard Reddington (Redd, Yountville), Andrea Reusing (Lantern, Chapel Hill), Maggie Scales (Link Restaurant Group, New Orleans), and Frank Stitt (Highlands Bar and Grill, Birmingham). “It is my honor that these friends and acclaimed chefs are returning to once again donate their time, talent and food to our event,” states Link. “All proceeds from the event will be used to fund programs for New Orleans children from disadvantaged backgrounds.”

Guests at the 3rd annual Link Stryjewski Bal Masqué will experience an evening of extraordinary food with each chef presenting a unique dish, while Mixologist Neal Bodenheimer from Cure Co. will present Caribbean-inspired and classic New Orleans cocktails. There will also be an amazing lineup of nationally recognized musicians and an online silent auction throughout the evening. “The success of this event is largely because of our guest chefs, sponsors and contributors, and our attendees,” states Stryjewski. “We are humbled by their continued support, and we look forward to giving each guest another amazing night of culinary excellence and musical talent.”
